Features and models may change or be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. Continuous availability and preservation of browser-local data are not guaranteed. Changes to models may affect future estimates; check the current methodology and model version.
Intellectual property
The site’s original content and software are protected where applicable by intellectual property law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may use your calculation outputs for your own planning; no ownership of underlying site software or third-party materials is transferred.
External economics
Platform terms, fees, advertising yields, API prices and eligibility rules can change. Editable example rates are not live provider quotes. Confirm current terms with the relevant provider.
